Rolling Key Clutch : The rolling key is two pieces and made of EN-24 which is incorporated in the a machine for ensuring easy and efficient working.

Upper Beam : Ram is also of solid steel plates, carrying the upper knife.Its minimum weight ensure lesser load on the bearings. The upper beam moves in fabric based bakelite guide plates to avoid deflection for smooth running and maintains the accurate straightness of the knife.

Hold Down : Steel fabricated spring loaded hold-down is provided for the gripping of plates by means of plunger for effective gripping.

Drive : is through vee-belts on flywheel and other chain of gears made of cast iron, hob cut for smooth running and longer life.

Brake : Constant spring loaded adjustable brake is provided.

Lubrication : Single shot lubrication provides oil to all the lubrication points, where necessary, It is used before operating the machine to lubricate all the vital parts of the machine twice a day.

Accurate gauging : The rigid and accurate construction of the back gauge provided with the machine allows consistent in the widths of sheets being cut.
